Registration Forms

Registration packages for the 2010-2011 school year will be going home today Friday, February 5. All forms are due March 1, 2010.

This week...

JK students are learning letter G (name, sound and formation) for Language Arts.

For Science we are going to investigate the phases of matter by examining snow.

They are also learning patterns and reviewing unit on Number Sense for Math.

We are finishing the mixing colors project in Art class.

In Phys. Ed. we are doing all sort of activities focusing on balance, following instructions and how to work as a team.

Dear Parents,
Just to clarify, we have two types of curriculum in our class: JKA and JKB.
JKA students are not required to do homework as I understand they need to go home, rest and spend quality time with their family. Our day is already pretty busy for this group age.
JKB students have started reading homework on a weekly basis and I'll give them some extra homework every once in a while.
Please, if you need more information regarding our curriculum, do not hesitate to contact me.
